WHO NEEDS A FIRST AID COURSE?

Acquiring knowledge about first aid will empower you to act and help during critical situations.

First aid is crucial in any workplace, not limited to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and paramedics. Emergencies can happen anywhere, including offices, schools and homes. Having a first aid certificate can be beneficial to any profession.

You don’t want to waste time looking up how to do it, which is why taking a course is crucial.

CPR Course Kingston

The official name for the CPR course is HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and this course is designed to teach students how to recognise when a cardiac emergency is occurring and the steps to intervene safely.

The more specific focus of this CPR course is for anyone who already knows basic first aid but does not know advanced CPR techniques, or who does not have enough time for an advanced first aid course.

When you take our CPR course you’ll learn the steps required to perform CPR, some mnemonic devices to help you remember the steps of CPR and the differences in performing CPR for adults versus children and babies. After your 90-minute hands-on training, you’ll be awarded your nationally recognised statement of attainment, proving your newfound skills and knowledge.
