WHO NEEDS A FIRST AID COURSE?

Taking a first aid course is something that everyone should seriously consider. Knowing how to administer first aid can truly be a game-changer in critical situations. Emergencies can occur anywhere, whether you’re at work, out and about or somewhere else entirely. Having a basic understanding of first aid equips you with the skills to step in and help during times of crisis. It’s always wise to be prepared for the unexpected.

Every workplace must give first aid the importance it deserves, whether it’s a healthcare facility or not. Emergencies can occur anywhere, be it in an office, school or even at home. Having a first aid certificate can prove advantageous for professionals in any field.

If you have already completed a first aid course consider taking further studies to ensure your skills are at their peak and that you can truly step into any first aid situation. Our other specialties include our advanced first aid course and child first aid courses.

CPR Course Gosnells

Our CPR course goes by the official name of “HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.” It’s specifically designed to educate students on identifying and effectively responding to a cardiac emergency.

Performing CPR is a crucial part of giving initial help, but it needs specific training since it’s a different skill. A CPR course is designed specifically for people who already have a basic grasp of first aid but don’t know CPR or can’t undergo complete first aid training. By enrolling in this course, you’ll gain the essential abilities to offer life-saving aid during emergencies.

Throughout the course, you’ll gain the knowledge of performing CPR systematically. Additionally, you’ll be introduced to clever memory aids that will ensure you remember the CPR steps for a long time. Moreover, you’ll understand the distinctions between administering CPR to adults and children. After successfully finishing the 90-minute in-person training session, you’ll be awarded a nationally recognised certificate that validates your newly acquired abilities.

Skills Training College’s Gosnells CPR courses are conducted from our training venue at Thornlie Ave & Culross Ave, Thornlie.
