Skills Training College’s courses in first aid and CPR have virtually no entry requirements for students. There are no previous academic or professional qualifications necessary to enrol. However, all students must meet the following minimum criteria to enrol in a first aid course:
- Basic written and verbal English is needed to engage with the course materials and complete the training and assessment activities.
- Students must be at least 14 years of age. Any student under the age of 18 must submit a signed Parental Consent Form at least 48 hours before commencement of training.
- Students require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. If you’ve studied before you may already have one which you can find by searching online.
- Basic levels of fitness and physical ability.
