Does a Service Have to Tell Me About a Minor Injury?
Yes. Severity is not a threshold in the rule, which covers any incident, injury, trauma, or illness, so a graze is reportable on the same terms as a broken arm. Illness that starts during the day is included as well, not only injuries.
